1.) Click on the "Google Calender" button on the right lower hand corner of the calender.
2.) You will be asked to sign in to Google (use our appropriate username and password). If you forgot it, click here to go to "members only" page to get it.
3.) Create your event in Google Calender. Don't forget to "invite" people, so a group email will go out. The group name is "YAKIMA BLUE KNIGHTS". When you save it you can send it to all local members.
4.)SIGN OUT; so the next person can add and event
